How Strahes Consulting collects, uses, and protects your information.
Last updated: June 17, 2026
Strahes Consulting is a solo consulting practice run by Joshua Boswell. This policy covers strahes.com and the Joshua AI assistant on the site.
If you have any questions about it, email hello@strahes.com.
Information you give us. When you chat with Joshua AI or book a Sit-Down, we collect your name, email, phone number, company name, and the details you choose to share about your business and the problems you want solved.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record standard log data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the time of your visit. We use essential, functional cookies to keep the site working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We use what you share to reply to you, to figure out whether the work is a fit, to schedule and hold the Sit-Down, to follow up, to keep records of our conversations, to keep the site working well, and to meet our legal obligations.
Joshua AI is an automated assistant powered by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic). When you chat, your messages are sent to that provider so it can generate replies. Conversations may be stored so we can follow up and improve the service.
Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat, such as government identifiers, health details, or payment card numbers. Joshua AI gives general information about our services. It is not professional, legal, or financial advice.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under agreements that limit how they may use it. These include an AI provider for the assistant, scheduling software for booking calls, a customer record system where we keep your details, an email delivery provider for confirmations and replies, and our hosting provider.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, and property.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to work with you and to meet legal, accounting, and reporting needs. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have added rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.
To make a request, email hello@strahes.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
The site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We are based in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information may be processed in the United States.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here.
Questions about your privacy or this policy? Email hello@strahes.com and we will help.
