By using strahes.com (the site) and the Joshua AI assistant, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Strahes Consulting is referred to here as Strahes, we, or us.

Strahes builds custom AI applications for businesses. The site describes that work, shares results, and lets you start a conversation. Using the site does not create a consulting agreement between us. Any engagement is set out in a separate written agreement.

Joshua AI is an automated assistant that answers questions about our work and helps you book a Sit-Down. Its replies are generated by software and may not always be complete or correct. They are general information, not professional, legal, or financial advice.

Booking a call is a request for a meeting. It is not a promise of any specific result.

You agree to give accurate information, to use the site lawfully, and not to misuse it. You agree not to disrupt the site, access it in unauthorized ways, send harmful code, or use it to harass or harm others.

The site, its content, the Strahes name, the logo, and the written copy are owned by Strahes or its licensors. You may view and share the content for your own reference. You may not copy, resell, or republish it without our written permission.

The site may point to other websites or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or their practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The site is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error free, or secure.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Strahes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of the site or the assistant. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, for access to the site.

You agree to cover reasonable claims and costs that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Strahes Consulting is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts that serve that location.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
